Wayne Township is excited to transition to online procurement through, OpenGov. This new system will efficiently guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, addenda, etc. to ensure your bids have been accurately completed and will serve as one location for all purchasing opportunities. OpenGov also offers real time support for bidders/vendors with any questions about how to use OpenGov.

Participation During Bid Openings
To be acknowledged during the bid opening, simply raise your virtual hand. When it is your turn, you will be unmuted and acknowledged that your audio is open. See detailed instructions below on how to raise your virtual hand to speak.
How to Use Zoom Raise Virtual Hand Feature on Smart device (i.e. iPhone/iPad/Android)
Tap the screen and a toolbar will appear on the top or bottom of the screen. Once this appears, tap the “more” (three dots) button in the right-hand corner, then in the pop-up box tap the “raise hand” tab. When the host unmutes you, a pop-up will appear. Tap the “Unmute now” button to speak. Once you are finished speaking, you will be muted again.
How to Use Zoom Raise Virtual Hand Feature on Desktop/Laptop
Move cursor, so toolbar displays on top or bottom of screen then click on the “participants” tab then in pop-up box click “raise hand” tab. When the host unmutes you, a pop-up will appear. Click the “Unmute now” button to speak. Once you are finished speaking you will be muted again.

Dial *9. You will hear “the host will be informed you would like to speak”. When you are unmuted by the host, you will hear “you are unmuted” then you can speak. Once you are finished speaking you will be muted again.
