As the Mayor of Wayne, I am happy to highlight the economic revitalization of our community. I believe that supporting redevelopment affords our municipality with a number of benefits including job creation, community revitalization, infrastructure renewal and a larger municipal tax base which increases local property value and leads to greater municipal tax revenues.
